Collected money from my Visa and gave me a phony login and PW to download, that did not work

This company offered Rosetta Stone language training software at a discount.
I bought an item, it was charged to my Visa, but the login and the PW that the compnay then provided to give me access to download the item, absolutely did not work using either of two different browsers.
