My website was professionally created at my cost. I used FreeHostingWeb.com as the the host. Suddenly, I was unable to administer my account and unable to retrieve e-mail.
It is a business web site in which people respond with requests for info or service. I tried desperately to contact Freehostingweb.com by all means possible. When you call their 800 number you get "Thank you for calling, good-bye." There are no responses to e-mails. They tout a Help and Support desk—all I can say is, give it a try... Nothing, nada. Zip.
Not only have they stolen from me, but they may very well have cost me a considerable amount of business. I now have to reconstruct my web site and do a search for a reputable web hosting company. It's really frustrating. Actually, it's sickening that these people are still operating (totally remote—no contact) over the internet without being policed in any way. I'm sure there are other doing the same thing. That doesn't help me. I've been unable to get any assistance. All I want to do is have my website operating properly and ability to get me e-mail.
