Ripoff unable to retrieve my mail Cleveland

I have been an AOL user for approximately 6 years. I currently am unable to retrieve ANY mail whatsoever from my account. I have to forward my mail to another account in order to open OR sign on to MSN or Yahoo and retrieve my AOL mail. What a nice convenience that AOL offers in order for members to be oh so inconvenienced! This is not the first time this happened and this time it has last one full week. I am looking forward to the weekend when I won't be able to retrieve anything. I can't even get information from my AOL site in order to call AOL directly. Myrle Wickliffe, Ohio
