Please note that Mozy has taken my money from my credit card for a subscription. 2 months later the back ups stopped. I am unable to log in, the passwords get reset and do not work. I send messages to the support group for mozy home for the last 3 months and receive no responses. I have called the Seattle home office and told that i cannot speak to anyone as there are no people who work for Mozy home. So I am stuck - unable to back up data; unable to retrieve data; unable to cancel account; unable to do anything. The next option is to sue because I am at a loss. Please note that i would like this complaint to be very public so that no one else has to suffer this debacle of service. Anne Mille
