I purchased a dogt costume. It came and was twice the dimension that I needed. I reordered it. Then I named to determine where you can send back the outfit which was too big. They explained that dog outfits aren't returnable because of clean factors. They explained that I'd approved their plan after I put the purchase. I never actually attempted it about the puppy since it was far too big.
Our criticism is - they ought to have published a caution on all dog items which they're NON-RETURNABLE. Personally I think it's misleading advertising of the goods.
They might have positioned a note after I was finishing my purchase showing that some products mightn't be returnable.
