I bought a NapForm bed cover at Brookstone. At that time of purchase I questioned if it was returnable, since at over $300 without any method of attempting it out, I stated I really couldnot purchase it easily was not guaranteed it could be delivered. The salesman stated yes, within thirty days. After I didn't like it (way too hard, nothing unique) and attempted to return it, they declined to consider it back, stating the back of the slide having said that some personal-care products aren't returnable.
I've had my charge card business challenge this cost twice; every time Brookstone has responded using the same debate - that it's a non-returnable product and also the client closed the slide - DESPITE being provided additional info in the sales worker. I submitted a problem using the Better Business Institution; they tried twice to get hold of Brookstone headquarters and obtained no reaction, therefore shut the situation. I also published towards the Leader and Executive VP of the organization and also have gotten no reaction.
