I visited the shop on 6/17, to come back a tropical place. The store-manager, James Brown, declined the return, stating that tropicals aren't returnable. I expected him wherever within the shop does it state that, and he accepted that there'snot any indication. Then he directed to some line-in the return policy, "The House Site supplies the best to restrict or WOn't

Take the return of product anytime as well as for any cause." I expected him, when he applies that point, that which was the main reason? He responded, the line-in the plan was the reason, therefore basically, he declined my return at his will, with no reason. I believe this

Is misleading business training. The shop is promoting issues using the impact that they're returnable, but will not honer the return policy.

I also believe racial discrimination, since I don't think the shop never approved return of tropicals, and also the supervisor simply singled me out, perhaps since I'm Oriental.
