I signed up for this for the trial period $1 and canceled the same day I signed up. I called the customer support line which is also the billing which all go to the same person. This person (Debra) only takes down the information and then forwards to someone else (Donna) who is never in the office or available to be spoken to. I called back to cancel again once I saw that I was still being billed for the $97 in Sept. And I was told it would be taken care of. Here it is Sept. And I am still being billed for this. This is close to $400 and no one can provide an answer or provide someone who can fix this problem. I do understand that this can happen, however this is ridiculous. There is only one person taking messages there and they are not allowed to provide confirmation of the the multiple request made.
I want my money refunded to my account immediately and I want confirmation that this has been taken care of.
