Ripoff dishonest billing without notice or confirmation

I signed up for True.com in early Febuary of 2006. They had lots of offers for a free "7-day risk free" trail that you could call and cancel at anytime. I decided to try it out because I couldnt find the actual monthly price anywhere on their website. Upon agreeing to their terms I found that I would owe $50 a month for their services. Going though and using their site I decided that this was entirely over priced and called to have my account canceled. I spoke with a support person and I had my 7-day trial canceled without any questions.

About a month or so later, around March 25th, checking my billing statement I saw that True.com had billed me for $50. I called to see what these charges were about and a lady from True.com told me over the phone that I had signed up for yet another "free 7-day trial" and that the 7 days had expired, that I should have called in those 7 days to have my account refunded the money. I think it was from clicking a link to a profile I had recieved in an email from them, yet I recieved no confirmation email or notification that I had re-signed and I had 7 days to cancel to prevent me from losing my money. I asked her to cancel my account and completely remove all of my information from their database and she said it was against their terms, that she wasnt allowed to do so.

Checking my bank statment today on July 27th I saw that True.com had billed me yet again for $50 dollars. I called and asked why this had been done because I canceled my account and did not wish to have any part of their services. They said to me on the phone that I had resigned up July 23rd for a free "3-day trial" and being that it was the 27th I had lost out on the ability to cancel and I owed them the $50 monthly fee. I know I opened a link from one of their emails sunday that took me to a regular page of their site that HAD LINKS TO SIGN UP FOR FREE TRIALS! I didnt want anything to do with this so I closed the page. I didnt recieve any confirmation or notification that I had yet again signed up for their bogus services. Yet, just clicking a link from an email and their expiring free trials has yet again taken $50 from me without my knowing.
