Like everyone else that ordered the "trial" for well tabs, we did and the very next day, I tried to cancel. I called and they said it was canceled and provide a cancellation confirmation number — 1980.
A month later, they billed me $43.50 so I called them (and had to listen to at least 5 minutes of promotional recording before they would connect me to a real person) and they said they do not have a record of my cancellation, but to put "Return to sender, Nancy ext 601" on the package and when they receive it, they will credit me.
I told them I had a cancellation confirmation number and they said, "We do not give out confirmation numbers." What? Someone at their business did! They are calling me a liar! How do businesses like this survive!
