I bought a Compac pressario computer in Spokane, Wash. And paid for an extended 5 year warrenty. Called continously since I purchased it. They never would fix it, I told the company it was a lemon, my pc tower crashed and they won't stand behind the warrenty... Now they want to charge me 1,550.00 just to repair the tower... This is more than what I orginally paid for the computer.
Circuit City has continously gave me the run around regardless where I go to get help. I think some action should be takened against them... I am on limited income and I cannot afford to pay for this... It seems like they want to take advantage of older people. This is a poor system that circuit city has. I have tried to contact the main office and they connect me to the warehouse. This has caused a lot of stress to me.
