Rip off Customer Service with an A-T-T-I-T-U-D-E

D-Link Router had not been touched, openned, dirtied, in perfect condition, original receipt.

My sin: 33 days after purchase.

Melessia tossed into their bin because I dared to be three days late.

Asked Manager if that was a problem, he said "Yes."

Believe the last time I got mad was two years ago until this day. Ms. Attitude, Mr. Attitude, were just too much for me. Hence my Report.

I had purchased a D-Link Wireless System thinking I still needed a D-Link Router to get the firewall. Wireless has firewall build into it.

I can't tell you how many people I have referred to Best Buy before this. How much software, hardware I have purchased. Couldn't begin to come up with the number of times I have just blindly made my purchase at Best Buy "thinking" I was getting the best price for the best quality.

Any future purchases will be made with a lot of scepticism.

The result: Ended up with a piece of hardware I have no use for and would not give to any friend because Ms. Attitude tossed it. I gave it back to them.

Maybe you will buy next time you go shopping for a D-Link Router.

They can keep it but I'll give my business to someone that wants it.
