I purchased a router on 3/12/04 then on 3/09/04 I purchased a router table.in the mean time I never got to use them because of surgey the first router was defective and i took it back the second router is the same way so I went there to see what the problem was and the asst. Mgr was very rude I run a router just about every weekend I just wanted a extra one So now they agree to refund the router but refuse to refund the table What good is the table with no router. The table nor the router or bits have been used I talked to the sears complaint dept. They said the D. M would call me back in 50 working hours I think its just another way to screw me. I need help getting the problem solved i have both my receipts It says on the bottom of the receipt satisfaction guaranteed or your money back They lie
