Please stay away from this company the have very deceptive employment tactics. They are not interested in your success they are using you to line there pockets. They want you to set up new accounts for there fat cat inside salesmen to call on.
They make it impossible for anyone to succeed with this product. Yes, there are salesmen that have succeeded but, not in this economy. Unless you are a trainer which is a pretty shady deal they send someone out to train you and you drive the trainers around all day in your area and he gets all the credit for the sales that day and you get to buy all the gas. The product is 4 times more expensive that any comparable product. So you have to bribe customers with a gift you leave with all new orders. The trick is to get the buyer more interested in owning the calculator than the lights. Then they bribe the buyers with other gifts on the phone saying we are sending out thank you gifts. Then they slip in the order will ship that with you next box of lamps which will not bill until next month.
They tell you that a certain area is your territory which sounds great but, what they don't tell you is that they have inside sales people calling on your accounts before you have a chance to call on them. And of course by the time your find the companies that buy these products they have just purchased them from the corporate office. And of course since the lamps have a long life you are left starving for business. While the fat cats in the corporate office just get fatter. And no they will not tell you who is already buying from them in your territory.
It only get worse when you quit they tell you that they will send you all the money they owe you in 150 days which in it's self is bad enough. But, it gets worse at the end of the 150 days you expect to get you commissions wrong they still owe me almost a $1,000 dollars which unless someone does something I probably will not see the money.
I did get my $399 back when I went to corporate office so they could call on my accounts and show me how to bribe people into buying the products. And to get my customer use to them calling on my behalf or more selling behind my back. I had to ask for my money three times and they finally gave it to me on my way out the door to fly back home.
I only wish there had been any information about this company before I was sweet talked into working for them.
