Warning - do NOT buy this program. I bought it after reading an, allegedly, in unbiased report on registry cleaners. I, now believe that it was written by someone at the company. The program never ran with or without the unlock code. It just locked up. Like others, I got no response from the company (except the form letter letting me know that my complaint had been filed -blah. Blah, blah).
Regardless, I would strongly recommend that you keep as far away from the software and the company. I plan to report them to the better business bureau and see what my options are for contesting the purchase with my creditcard company. These actions may or may not be effective. I'll let you know.
I would advise anyone else whose been cheated by these louses to do the same. Unfortunately, I have a feeling that there are a lot of you out there and if we all do this - even if we don't get our money back - maybe we can drive these slobs out of business.
