Purchased computer software with $20 rebate offer july submited rebate with all info requested. No response called rebate hotline & left my rebate info several times.
10/23/02 symantec contacted me said rebate will be sent within the week never received.
Wrote e mails 3 seperate times no response march 11 sent certified letter return receipt to symantec's received signed recipte back however never received rebate or response to lette
