Bought NIS 2004 & Tax software to get $30 rebate from Symantec. They wil NOT honor the rebate. First they, entered the wrong rebate (antispam) so you will not have the value proof of purchase. Contacted the Resubmission off ice in Miami, FL and fax everything 4 times to them. Still, they claimed they never recived the information. What a crack of shit company this is. Call them physically numberous times. Finally the last time they said, they could not honor the rebate since it has expired. But the form has no expiration date. A WARNING to all consumer... Do not buy Symantec products with rebates. They will not honor them period!
