Systemworks 2203 rebate RIPOFF

I bought Norton Systemworks 2003 at Fry's because of the handsome rebate offer for an upgrade.

I sent all documentation to them and 9 weeks later get a postcard saying "unfortunately we cannot honor the rebate"! The form claimed I did not send a receipt which I did. I sent a copy of the receipt back and have received NOTHING!

Symantec sucks! Do not trust them!
