You know it's so hard to believe after a company advertises their 2 membership programs for unlimited downloads until both memberships expire, that you would only be able to use their programs on 1 computer. For example if I go into a store or online to purchase Microsoft, what are they going to say, "Oh... Sorry 1 user per household." It's complete madness, how this company indeed has great programs, but I can only download and use those programs on 1 computer, for a lifetime.
Even if my system crashes and my old CPU is no longer any good. Oh. No if this happens I must pay another membership fee, regardless of the active account I cannot even use because I have changed computers. It makes no sense at all, as a matter of fact, it makes complete non sense. Plus you can file many reports to the support team, but there's no guarantee when they will respond, seeing as how it's there only source of customer contact.
