I was looking for information on Federal Grants I read all the information that they had on line. I even used PayPal for a sercure transaction. The charge to my account was $19.97. The transaction was done quickly. But went I wanted to recheck on information I could not get onto the given site. This was just a scam site. So I Paid $19.97 for nothing.
