Uniblue, Registry Booster, System Tweaker Uniblue advertised Registry Booster and System Tweaker as being compatable with Windows, it isn't with Windows Vista.internet

I paid Uniblue for Registry Booster and System Tweaker that conflicts with Microsoft Security Essentials which I use on my computer and have used for a long time. Uniblue emailed me and told me I can only request a refund within a 60 day period from the date of purchase. As I stated in a previous e-mail to Uniblue it took me months of sleuthing to learn which program was slowing down my computer. I finally tracked it down to Uniblue Registry Booster and System Tweaker. Once I disabled both Uniblue programs the speed of my computer picked up a lot as there were no longer the conflicts slowing the speed of my computer. I would have contacted Uniblue within the 60 day period were I have been able to learn both Uniblue programs were responsible for the conflict with Microsoft Security Essentials which slowed the speed of my computer. The Uniblue web site stated at the time I purchased the programs that the Uniblue programs are compatible with Windows, which is a Microsoft operating system. I have Windows Vista and both programs slowed down my computer until I disabled them. Both Uniblue programs conflict with Microsoft Security Essentials, which is a Windows product, therefore the statement Uniblue made that their programs are compatible with Windows is left to the interpretation and evaluation of and by the reader of this complaint. I requested a refund from Uniblue and they denied to give me a refund. I am now considering filing a claim in small claims court as that may be the only way I will be able to my money refunded by securing a judgment against them. Collecting on the judgement is another matter and that is one reason I may not file a claim in small claims court. As the saying goes, "buyer beware".
