Fraudulant dips into my credit cards

People PC provided us with service from April until March when we cancelled their service. At that time they started billing us different amounts and when contacted, told us that while our account was cancelled, there was an account in India that was using our credit card for billing purposes. They refused to stop billing our credit card even when I had the credit card company contact them and ask them to stop. It was necessary for me to get a fraud adjustment from the credit card company for their last four bills and then to cancel the credit card at great inconvenience to me to stop further fraudulent bills. The fraud adjustments were issued on May 30 and 31.

We then had a period of quiet until Jan 23 then they illegally and fraudulently billed me on a different credit card for $8.95. This charge was judged to be fraudulent by that credit card company and reversed as well. I was obliged to cancel that card also to avoid more illegal charges. Canceling a credit card is not something that I normally choose to do but People PC has proven that if they can reach in and take funds, they will. They followed this up with daily telephone calls advising me that they could not charge my credit card and to please supply then with a new one. This, even though we had no business relationship.

People PC is a predatory enterprise engaged in the extortion of small sums from older people.

Now they have turned us over to a collection agency for an amount that they have never billed us for, for a service that has never been authorized or approved.
