I cancelled Peoplepc service 5 months ago. They continued to charge my credit card for service. I had to cancel my credit card to stop them from charging me. NOW, they continue to call me and tell me that I need to update my billing information. I have told them MANY times to stop calling me. They called yet again this morning. I have now purchased an air horn to respond to them when they call again.
This company is totally unethical. They continue to take your money when they know that you have cancelled service.
