I requested that Vodahost bill me for the entire year, or bill my credit card monthly. I also told Vodahost to update my contact email address, which they did not.
So, when they refused to charge my card like I requested, and refused to use the proper email address to contact me, as I also informed them, they could not get a hold of me and DELETED several websites at once, which cost me over $10,000 is development!
I tried to call them, submit support tickets, etc. And I was completely ignored!
Basically, I had a couple of average sites and one BEAUTIFUL website that was deleted because the idiots that work for that worthless excuse for a hosting company are too incompetent to provide decent customer service so I could stay in business!
They will definitely be hearing from my attorney, unless they restore my account very soon.
