I am a cance I r patient living on Social Security. I used to use Voda Host to host a webpage before I was diagnosed with cancer. Since the diagnosis I have been unable to work and the disease is very expensive event with care provided.
Voda Host has a term in their contraqct that requires you to list a credit card or PayPal as a term of use which I did. Getting involved with my treatrments I forgot that I had agreed to that particular term.
Vodahost sent a bill for next years hosting and I tried to log on to cancel. My log on diod not work. I requested VodaHost to send me my log-on information which they did with a new numerical password. I tried to log on and was refused. I tried to log on several times to cancel my account and was ot allowed to and then VodaHost took money from my account. VodaHost has a No-Refund policy so I am out 10% of my month's Social Security Income.
I believe Voda Host is unethical and has taken my money and now I have no idea how I am going to make it this month. Beware of Voda Host, they arfe rude and have absolutely no compassion.
