I heard the commercial on a popular radio station. I called the number given. I talked to tyler. He took all the information and told me i'd have my computer in 5 weeks
When 5 weeks came and went and still no computer, i started calling almost everyday. After being put on hold for 15 to 30 min. I got more excuses, late paperwork, dell was having layoffs putting shipping dates behind etc.
Then they asked me if i'd take an hp instead. I asked about a delivery date and was told immediately. When 8 days went by i called again and was told because i changed my computer, it would take another 8 days. These are just some of the excuses. The names of the people i have talked to are Tyler, Vanessa, Chad, Carlos, Matt and last but not least Samantha. I then closed out my bank account. I'd already given them 1000.00 and still no computer, i couldn't afford to lose any more money. I feel like a fool, they always say if it sounds too good to be true, it is. I'm a widow working 2 jobs to get by, living with my family. Any help i can get to get my money back is so much appreciated. If i can't get my money back, maybe we can at least put these money taking monsters out of business, so they don't do this to any other hard working person that falls for their sweet talk and promises
