I ordered a computer from Blue Hippo in August I was told after I made 7 payments without fail that my computer would be shipped. My 7th payment was made 12/08/08, I received a email from them stating I had completed my 7 payments and my computer would be shipped out shortly, I called customer service to get delivery date, I was on hold 2hrs and 30 minutes before a customer service rep answered, he said did not have a date yet from the manufacture and i should be getting a email in about 2 weeks with this info,
After not hearing anything. (it had been about 3 wks) I called back and was told that I need to allow more time, I asked why, they said it takes 4 weeks to complete the ordering, So I allowed this time and called back only to be told that all my payment and paperwork is in order and that they are putting a rush on it and emailing the manufacture and for me to call back in 2 weeks to check the status.
I called back after the 2 weeks, they advised me that the manufacture replied and stated it will go out soon, I asked for a date, they did not have one and to allow more time. They stated it would be a brand new DELL computer., The price also changed after they started taking them out of my account. I have canceled my order they have taken almost 900.00 and I have not received a thing.
