On 3/24 I called AT&T scheduled my DSL installation for 4/7. On the scheduled day, I waited 7 hours on 4/7 but nobody showed and nobody called. When I checked the status Tuesday night (using my cable modem connection) the status was "order complete". When I called on 4/8 and spoke to a human being, the status was "order complete". I bought a modem from the AT&T store today and after I hooked it up the DSL light kept flashing. When I called about it, I was told there was a problem and the order was not complete. I just received a call back from the provisioning department and was told we're too far from the CO. 2 days!!! Apparently AT&T does not care about their customers and does not know what they're doing.
