My debit card was charged $11.89 by W3 Tech Solutions today 4/9/09. I did not solicit their service, nor did I receive any service from this company. I tried calling the number listed in the debit transaction, but the number was not in service. Their website shows "under construction." Clearly this is a case of fraud. I have no idea where they obtained my debit card account.
