Driver Detective
The offer was 29.95 deduction from my account was 39.90 no response on refund

The deal on the internet was for 29.95, however when i looked at my bank records it was for 39.95. When i clicked on request a refund it could not be accessed. I clicked on help with the same result. It appears that to use the
driver detective you need something, WinZip to access your drivers. It also showed 2 systems drivers out of date. I get automatic updates from microsoft so where would that come from.
