Sunday, 12/08/09 at 12:29: 29 AM. SafeCart billed my PayPal account for $39.90 for dig. Software from Driver Detective. The item was defective and said I had 11 bad drivers. I took my unit to my repair center and the TECH said there were NO BAD DRIVERS. It cost me $129.00. I emailed Driver Detective and followed their refund and cancellation policy. It stated I would hear back from them WITHIN 24 hours. I still have not been contacted. I lodged a complaint with PayPal. If you can't straighten this out, My credit card will dispute the charge. My SafeCart ID is PCDH-U081109-78MFG. The invoice # is 1586138. Today, I emailed D.D. Again to let them know what I am going to do.
