I too get a letter telling me to go to http://www.att.com/rewardcenter allowing me to redeen online and check current status of my rewards. So i did and it said no rewards available at this time. There is an expiration date on the letter so i decide to call the number they have to call. Everytime i get to a certain point in the call, the operator comes on and says if you would like to make a call, please hang a dial again. This happens to me about 5 times, so i decided to try the internet again. There is a problem performing this action, please try again.
