I registered with Localnet by telephone, taken care of first month hook up support with my charge card and provided directions for opening 24-hr. Techsupport to obtain online. I constantly attempted for connecting with tech-support & just got a note. I then found out from my lender that my card have been billed instantly & I ended my card. After many times of attempting to contact localnet by telephone, i quit.
A Localnet consultant named me the next month to ask about failure to statement my card for regular support. After I reported about not really having support & required a reimbursement, Localnet declined. She explained that I'd have to move online (that we did not have use of however) towards the localnet website easily desired to document a criticism. I had been so ashamed. I thought I had been preserving several dollars choosing fundamental support, but I had been billed for providers never shipped.
