I have purchased video from this internet store. Slow shipping. Awful quality.
The video will not play and was copied from TV/nick at night / shows on video.
Video will only play with slow hesitate chopped up picture/stops and then not
complete video recorded. Volume awful. The video was packed in tacky case
each one not playing complete shows. I can't find return address only internet contack but no response. I want the truth be known that this place is a big
ripoff. I don't want them to get away with this. Refund requested. But no address of phone etc. This was to be a gift but unacceptale to give now. I have
one more video being shipped but not received yet will just return un-oppened.
The site states your happiness and satisfaction is wanted. This is just bad bad advertising. Contact us where? No answer from them. How can they do this
kind of business. All false advertising.
Never again use them. Worse quality online. Return woun't happen. Refund never seen again.
Help!!! Someone needs to stop them. Please advise what to do???
