I ordered a sweatshirt and a T-shrit for my son for his birthday on 2-7. They processed my payment on 2-9. I tried contacting them to get tracking information on 3-9 because I had not received the shipment. I received an e mail back saying that the merchandise would be placed on the URGENT list and would be shipped within 1-3 business days.
I hadn't received the merchandise or an e mail indicating when the items would ship, so I contacted them again on 3-16, this time, I got NO RESPONSE this time.
I contacted my bank and filed an "electronic claim" and they are in the process of investigating the issue. It's a good thing I didn't wait any longer, my bank ONLY allows claims like this to be filed with 60 days that the payment was debited from my account.
If this company has ripped you off, try calling your bank as soon as possible so that you have the opprotunity to possibly get your money refunded.
