Ordered cigarette on 11/30, billed for it on 12/14, and received it on 12/23. I ordered a FREE electronic cigarette and was to pay only the shipping charge of $9.95 (which I was billed for on 11/30). I received it on 12/23 and it included a note stating that I would be billed $99.10 for it after a 12 day trial period starting when the order was placed. I got to looking and noticed that I had been billed for it on 12/14. It was billed 14 days after I ordered it, but took 24 days to receive it from date of order. First of all, the ad stated it was FREE. The ad said nothing about it being a trial offer or being billed for later. Second, even if I had ordered it as a trial (which I didn't), how would I be able to evaluate it when I haven't even received it yet? Look at the dates! This is nothing but a complete scam and I've filed fraud charges against them with my bank to try to get my money back.
