Dazzle licious Stole My Money Moorseville, Citrus Springs

On December 15 I ordered a custom rhinestone shirt online from Dazzlelicious.com. I received an invoice that day, Dec. 15, and paid via paypal that day. The invoice showed the shirt would arrive by December 29. On Dec. 29 I called and e-mailed. The phone calls went straight to a fax machine and the e-mails were returned undeliverable. I continued calling and e-mailing everyday after that with the same results. The middle of January, I finally received an e-mail response apologizing that she was out of town and would ship my shirt. I received my shirt on January 20. When I got the shirt the custom text on the front was crooked/slanted. I paid $87.50 for this shirt with a custom logo on it and it looked terrible. I contacted Christie Sloan, the owner who apologized and sent a ups label for me to mail it back to her. I shipped it back to her and she signed for it Jan. 22. Christie assured me that she would make another one and send it. Well, after 3 1/2 weeks she still did not send me my shirt, so approximately Feb 15 Christie e-mailed me and asked if I wanted the shirt or a refund. I asked for a refund immediately. It is now March 4th and she still has not refunded my money. I paid via paypal and have even sent her a money request via paypal. She will not respond to my e-mails and again, has not refunded my money. I consider this theft and recommend no one do business with her.
