I ordered a t-shirt and a pair of flats on 20 April. So far I only received the t-shirt, the flats were no shipped. I contacted raining hollywood per e-mail. The response was, the flats are out of stock, no refund, I have to choose a new item. I did, and send my new order for a different color of flats, this order was confirmed on June 10,2oo9 (7-14 days delivery). You never hear from the company unless you e-mail first, to this day I did not receive a tracking#. The person's name I am communicating with is Karen.
