Payed for product and never recieved it

I ordered one set of bendaroos and I have been billed and have payed for it with my credit card. They stated I would recieve the product in 6 to 8 weeks. It has been 22 weeks and I have not recieved product. My granddaughter was heart broken. I am very dissapointed and frustrated.
