I signed up for this service one year ago. This company was very accomodating right up until they received my money. After I paid for the service I found it impossible to get any type of information from them. On the website it makes reference to login information that would be emailed so I could track my case online. This information was never received.
I have made many phone calls that all go to voicemail promising a return phone call within 7-10 business days, not one phone call has been returned. I have sent many emails all receive an automated response promising follow up in 4-8 business days. None of these emails ever receive responses either. I realize that no guarantees can be made regarding legal issues however I feel if a person pays for a service they should be able to receive some type of follow up regarding their case.
After reading other reports similar to this and seeing over 30 complaints filed through the BBB which most have not been follow up on by Records Removal I believe this company is a scam to rip people off. I hope that enough people who have been duped by this company will file complaints any where they can and that this scam will be uncovered and Jordan Palmer (Chairman) and Nancy Bowling-Couch (President) will be dealt with by any legal means possible
