Comcast cable in plainville, ct is the worst, i went to the office to make a payment, i waited one hour in line, with only one woman taking payments, another line was for boxes, and the other tech issues, what a mess there had to be 80 people deep, the average customer was up there talking away, in the wrong line, no one directed them, it was a freak show. Can you believe you have to wait one hour to pay them, for there over priced service, what a joke. Comcast customer service is horrible, they need to hire more people, that company is rich.
