We had a bad experience initially with Comcast 's customer service, but within hours of my posting a review on Measured UP I heard from Comcast. An executive customer service rep called and gave me his direct line, which I called the following day. He listened to the problem and said, "We need to send someone out." The next afternoon we got the help we needed. I appreciate Comcast's response and hope that it indicates that the company is addressing the source of the problem.
