Horrible, customer service at paymnent center in plainville, ct 06062 over 80 people waited 1 hour inside the small building in plainville, ct to pay, our bills, is was so hot outside around 95 degrees and hot inside, i thought i was going to faint, there where some elderly people that had a hard time standing, the worst service ever, they offered the customers nothing, shame on them destiny492
