In November I tried to order a card online but the online form would not accept my overseas military address. I now have a U.S. Address but when I again tried to order a card online I found my account had been blocked. I called the "customer service" number and asked how I could have my account restored. The response was for me to make a copy of my credit card and fax it to the company. I have never had a reputable company request a copy of my credit card.
