I tried to order online from Canada, my credit card with the P.O. Box billing address was not accepted. I live in the rural area and need a P.O. Box credit card billing address for safety. Could not get it online, so I went to the store to pick it up. During registration, it did not accept my email address which I used trying to purchase online. It would not take my credit card again, even after I used another email address. Then I spent 2 hours on live chat (extremely slow response) keep repeating my same problem, still cannot get them to take my credit card. Was chatting with three different agents because they asked you to click some links and they cut off the chat. Finally I was transferred to the 10% top rated agent. She gave me a form to fill out in jаvascript. Could not read the form until I have the Java installed. Then, she said to submit the form and expect email from company to resolve this payment issued. Still no email reply. During registration, it says Internal does not accept P.O. Box billing address for credit card! How stupid is this! I have been using this same credit for purchases everywhere, both in Canada and in the Us and works everywhere and never have this problem.

Wonder if I am the only lucky person to have this problem! Very frustrating!
