Took 149.95 out of my checking account without my premission

I was checking my account online on November 15 when I seen there was a charge for a 149.95. I called the 1 800 number to see what the charge was for and the customer representative told me it was for a credit card that I had applied for online. She also told me I can only use the credit card to only buy products online. I never filed for a credit card and this made my account overdrawn by 58.17. The customer representative told me there was nothing she could do. This is a scam and I am mad because I only use that account to pay bills.
