I too had fallen victim to this scam. I placed an order of over $300.00 at the end of January. I credit card was charged right away.
For the first 2 weeks, my order was always "processing". I left email after email, but no response. I put in a request to cancel my order, and again, no response.
One day by chance, the so called "online operator" was online. I started a convro and she said she couldn't help me, Id have to send an email. I went to my online Credit card statement and disputed the order.
MY credit card company gave me my money back and i got a new number. Still to this day, my order is still "processing".
