I bought a Hermes bracelet from the named above under their ebay ID softballphilly, which is now unregistered. Payment was made via PayPal to his email address [email protected], which links directly to the website of the same name of which he is Principal. Ironically enough this website serves legal websites. When I received the bracelet the clasp was loose, by the time I eventually got around to taking it to Hermes for repair I was told it was a fake. Feedback appeared on softballphilly's page from buyers who had suffered the same indignity.
In the item description the bracelet was "guaranteed authentic or money back", yet despite emails directly to Mr Blickstein over the next several months I never heard back. It was too late to file a PayPal dispute. If there is any dispute from him that the bracelet is authentic, I would love to hear it... But can't believe it as the Hermes printed on the inside isn't spelled properly. Go figure.
I would appreciate it is Mr Blickstein would reply to my emails and refund the $299.95USD that I was defrauded of, and feel strongly that return postage should be covered by him. I am looking forward to hearing from Mr Blickstein in regards to this issue very soon.
