I bought a coupon from Groupon for two Shamballa bracelets from Bo-Vida on Dec 23. It stated that there would be a 10-15 day wait on delivery. I emailed on Jan 15 asking about my order. I received a reply stating they were busy and would get my order out as soon as possible. I received ONE bracelet a few days later. I emailed Bo-vida every day with no reply regarding the second bracelet. I contacted Groupon and only then did Bo-vida get back to me saying another bracelet would be mailed out on Jan 28. I still have not received the second bracelet! I have again emailed almost every day with no reply! Only when I sent a message saying I would take further action did I get a reply. They have offered a refund or a second bracelet! It is the lack of communication that frustrates me. Someone is obviously checking the emails because I get a reply as soon as further action is mentioned. I will NOT buy from this company again and I will not recommend it to family, friends or acquaintances!!
