I ordered a ivory bangle bracelet for my wife as an anniversary gift. After wearing the bracelet for 1 day a ribbon of gold that was part of the bracelet came loose. I sent 2 emails to the store and didn't hear anything back. Prior to the purchase e-mails were answered quickly. I filed a claim with AMEX and heard back from Jewelery Kingdom when they received the charge back. They did take the bracelet back, but did not refund the shipping charges. I feel this is a company to stay away from.
